Abstract
Based on clearing the meaning and characteristics of new generation of migrant workers, the significance of perfecting the social security system was demonstrated and the situation was analyzed. According to which, it is advised to build the education training system and to improve the capacity of the new generation of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers should be put into the current system. The legal construction of social security should be enhanced. The legal right of new generation of migrant workers should be protected.
