Distribution of Property Right:A Thought of Property Right in Human Capital to Elite Athlete in China

Same as material capital, there is a matter of property right in human capital. But what different from material capital is that human capital is carried by human being's life. Because of this differentiation made human capital has its own special characteristics, the characteristics is that human capital is subjective and has the instinct of chasing benefit. This article is based on the theory of human capital to analyze the matter of investment of elite athletics human capital, and risk of investment, cost of opportunities in human capital, a main point of this article is to raise a think or arguments in property right of elite athletics human capital.
