Abstract

Trace amounts of manganese in blood serum were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method was proved to be simple, rapid, precise and convenient. The recovery is 105.0%. The relative standard deviation is 6.516%,and the detection limit is 7.7×10 -10 g/mL.
