Abstract

The seedlings of 3 germplasms of wild Elymusnutansfrom different altitudes were treated with drought stress, and the contents of water, proline,MDA,chlorophyll and soluble sugar in leaf were measured. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress, the contents of relative water and chlorophyll in leaf were significantly decreased(P0.05),and the contents of proline,MDA,chiorophyll and soluble sugar were significantly increased(P0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there were highly significant correlations among above indicators. The drought resistance of 3 germplasms were comprehensively evaluated with subordinate function, and the drought resistance order was groupⅠgroup Ⅱgroup Ⅲ.
