The clinical observation of PFM repairation to severe disclored teeth

Objective Through the clinical observation of PFM to repair severe discolored teeth. Discussion severe discolored teeth repair methods and the cosmetic results that anterior and premolars the treatment of PFM crown.Methods PFM crown restoration methods used in the 11 patients,a total of 140 teeth a cosmetic repair. After repair one month,three month,six months of SBI,GBI,BOP,PD clinical observation and reference to the American Public Health Association that the standard of beauty for cosmetic dental evaluation. Results After a month,3-month,6-month clinical examination,PFM crowns a month,3-month SBI,GBI,BOP,PD no significant change .At 6 months by the analysis of variance revealed with 1-month was difference. But the brink after three inspections of porcelain crown was good adaptation. The restoration pleasing in appearance and face coordination; Ceramic Crowns neck edge of the gums and gingival nipple no color change,only three cases found marginal gingival mild atrophy. Conclusion PFM to repair severe tooth discolored and the biocompatibility of dental beauty has shown satisfactory results. This method to repair severe tooth color is the ideal restoration one.
