Abstract
Acetic acid and isobutyl alcohol as raw materials, isobutyl acetate was synthesized by the catalysis of sodium bisulfate monohydrate. The effects of molar ratio of acid and alcohol, reaction time and catalyst dose on the yield of etherification were investigated. The result showed that sodium bisulfate monohydrate had good catalytic activity, when the molar ratio 1:2.5,reaction time 150min,and catalyst dose 1.2g,the yield was over 92.33%.
