Abstract
China engineering supervision enterprises have three disadvantages which include the smallness of size,feebleness of competitive power and the low of competence of staff.The causes of these disadvantages derive from the illogicality of management system in China engineering supervision enterprises, of measure on selecting the grade of China engineering supervision enterprises, of inviting public bidding on engineering projects.The hope for promoting the development of China engineering supervision enterprises rise from cooperation with each other of China engineering supervision enterprises on the basis of improving the competence of staff and reform of management system in China engineering supervision enterprises.The reform includes the foundation of an united management system in China engineering supervision enterprises countrywide step by step and improving measures on selecting the grade of China engineering supervision enterprises.
