Analysis and Countermeasures of Problems Hindering the Development of Supervision Enterprise

Based on a review of the 20 years’ successful implementation experience of the construction supervision system,and the current status quo of the Supervision industry for rapid and healthy development of the Project Management Industry,by State law,regulations,and field surveys,we systematically analyze the Construction supervision industry in China,the situation of the supervision enterprises,the supervision’s external environment,as well as supervision enterprises facing irrational personnel structure,a serious brain drain,low quality of Supervision engineer,and some other problems they faced.And some suggestions are proposed for supervision enterprises to overcome current difficulties and find a reasonable position and a clear direction for future development.
