The Strategic Thinking on the Development of Higher Education in China since the Reform and Opening up

Over the last three decades,through reform and development,China's higher education has made great breakthroughs in school running,management,investment,recruitment,employment system,and higher education reform,etc.If we are to reform and develop our higher education,we need to adhere to the scientific outlook of development and establish scientific operation mechanism.Simultaneously,we should get greater investment from the government,society and individuals for our higher education and further expand its scope,and enhance its quality.
