Streaming Media Technology and Its Application on Digital Campus

As a blend of video,audio and pictures,the streaming media can thoroughly overcome the defects that the traditional Internet can only transmit characters and pictures,therefore,it will become the major trend of the application of the Internet.This paper aims at introducing the basic principles and quality control of transmission of the streaming media system as well as its application on the digital teaching platform.In conclusion,through a concrete streaming media technology,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the network technology in the educational industry,and furthermore presents the usage of the streaming media technology on the digital campus.
