Abstract

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of butorphanol combined with flurbiprofen axetil in patients after the operation of nasal endoscope. Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. At 10min before the operation, patients received intravenous flurbiprofen 1mg·kg-1 in all patients. At 10min before the end of the operation, the patients received butorphanol 1.5mg,tramadol 1mg·kg-1 or saline 10mL intravenously. The visual analogue scale(VSA) and side effects were observed 1,2,4 and 8h after the operation. Results:The VSA scores of patients in butorphanol and tramadol groups were lower than saline group at each time point(P0.05).The side effects in tramadol group were more than butorphanol and saline groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Butorphanol has the same analgesic effect as tramadol in combination with flurbiprofen axetil, but has fewer side effects. This analgesic method is a beneficial choice in the nasal endoscope operation.
