Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Serum Adiponectin Level in Hyperlipidemia SD Rats

To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(XFZYD)on the level of serum adiponectin in hyperlipidemia rats,we studied its therapeutic mechanism in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.The rat model of hyperlipidemia was made by high-fat feeding.The rats were divided into groups as model group,XFZYD high-dosage group,XFZYD low-dosage group and the simvastatin group,each group contained 10rats,another 10healthy SD rats without modeling was chosen as the blank group.The lipid parameters and ADP were detected both before and after treatment,the liver index was calculayed.Compared with the model group,the liver index and the levels of TC,TG,LDGL-C in both of XFZYD high-dosage group and XFZYD low-dosage group were significantly reduced(P0.05),while the levels of HDL-C and ADP were significantly raised(P0.05).The effects of XFZYD high-dosage group on the serum lipids,ADP level and liver index were almost the same as the simvastatin group.The results revealed that the hyperlipidemia can be treated effectively by XFZYD,and the mechanism may be related to lowering blood lipid level,raising the level of ADP and decreasing the liver index.
