Protective effects of Pingkui powder on experimental stress gastric ulcer

Abstract

[Objective] To observe the protective effects of Pingkui powder on experimental stress gastric ulcer. [Methods] Models of stress gastric ulcer were established by soaking guinea-pig . Using physiological saline as control.the test was performed with three doses of Pingkui powder. The ulcer index was measured and the inhibitory rates were counted. [Results] Pingkui powder reduced the stress gastric ulcer index significanty and was dosage correlated (P0.05,P 0.01).[Conclusion] Pingkui powder has protective effect on stress gastric ulcer by soaking guinea-pig.
