Abstract

Objective To know the situation of organphosphorus and organochlorine pestcides residues in foods in Linyi. Methods A survey was performed in 2004 to 2005.184 samples were collected to detect 8 kinds of organphosphorus pesticides and 2 kinds of organochlorine pestcides. Results 16.3% of the vegetables and 24.1% of the fruits were detected.Among 8 kinds of organphosphorus pesticides,5 were detected in this survey and 52.6% of them were prohibited from being used in planting vegetables and fruits according to relevant law and regulation. The detection rate of vegetables planted in green house was higher than that in the outdoor(P0.05).In 184 samples, the detection rate of HCH(28.8%)was higher than that of DDT(16.8%).But all of them did not exceed the normal standards. Conclusion The situation of pesticide residues in foods in Linyi should be paid more attention.
