Amiodarone in emergency treatment of fast supraventricular arrhythmia

Objective To explore the effect of amiodarone in emergency treatment of fast supraventricular arrhythmia.Methods By admission sequencing,80 cases of supraventricular arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group(n=40).Control group: the propafenone 70mg + saline 20ml,5~10min slow bolus,then in 0.5-lmg/min continuous intravenous infusion,cardioversion Winners oral propafenone tablets 150mg,3 times / d;observation group: amiodarone150mg + saline 20ml,5~10min slow bolus followed by 0.5~1.0mg/min continuous infusion cardioversion successful oral amiodarone tablets 0.29mg,1 times/d.The two groups were observed within 24h emergency cardioversion efficient and adverse reaction.Results Cardioversion rate of the observation group(85.0%) was higher than that of the control group(70%),the difference was statistically significant between groups(P0.05);no serious adverse reactions,the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Amiodarone for fast supraventricular arrhythmia effect on the better is the drug of choice for emergency treatment of the disease.
