Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prognostic factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on elder patients retrospectively,as well as to investigate the factors that affected the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The retrospective analysis was performed with 147 elderly patients suffered from hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. The patients treated in our hospital from January 2009 to July 2012,including 86 male cases,61 female cases;age ranged from 60 to 83 years-old,mean age(69.6 ±5.7) years;hypertension duration ranged from 8 to 23 years,mean(9.7 ±1.6) years. The analysis of elderly hypertensive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage including treatment time, clinical manifestations visited the hospital, the patient's state of consciousness, bleeding location and amount of bleeding, language dysfunction, motor dysfunction, and the prognosis factors and the correlation. Results:After the treatment of elderly hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the total effective rate was 67.7%;among the prognostic factors, the state of consciousness, the amount of bleeding, bleeding location, and whether breaking into the ventricle showed correlation with prognosis, which had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion:The prognosis of elderly hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage showed relationship with state of consciousness, the amount of bleeding, bleeding location, the positive treatment should be performed based on clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and it has significance application value to improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
