Abstract

Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis, mechanisms, treatment and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jun.2011.Result: 17 patients continued bleeding(40.5%) which were more than patients with onset of bleeding to occur within 6 hours(64.7%).The total effective rate of patients after treating was 88.1%.The bleeding was more than 30mL underwent surgery, and one patient died of cerebral hernia. Conclusion: To master the pathogenesis, the mechanisms of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and take positive measures of prevention and treatment can reduce morbidity and mortality.
