Abstract

In the process of urbanization, the inheritance route of Korean traditional culture is increasingly diversified.A field investigation of 6 Korean townships and some urban cultural and folk organizations in Northwestern region shows that in regard of social inheritance, the main force of grassroots and township cultural inheritance has transferred from individual groups to elderly groups;while family cultural inheritance focuses on education of folk customs and basic etiquette of living;in school education, the inheritance is carried out through ethnic language and related cultural courses.Although the three ways of education emphasize different aspects in different ways, the combination of family, school and society is a more effective model to promote inheritance of ethnic traditional culture in the new era.
