Abstract

The 6 generations(P1,F1,P2,B1,B2 and F2) from each of two cross were used in this study.The research results were different in the two cross.In the crossⅠ,the inheritance of plant height fitted the inheritance model of additive-dominance-epistasis polygenes.The inheritance of ear height fitted the additive-dominance major gene plus additive-dominance-epistasis polygenes,the major gene heritability in B1,B2 and F2 were 27.27 %,37.36 % and 58.59 %,respectively.In cross Ⅱ,the inheritance of plant height fitted the inheritance model of additive-dominance major gene plus additive-dominance-epistasis polygenes.The inheritance of ear height fitted the additive-dominance-epistasis polygenes,the major gene heritability in B1,B2 and F2 were 18.41 %,1.03 % and 12.61 %,respectively.
