Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to understand effects of plant growth regulators like GA3,IBA and 6-BA on seed germination of S. officinalum. [Method]Effects of different concentrations of GA3,IBA and 6-BA under different soaking time on seed germination of S. officinalum in 4 years cold storage were studied. [Result]Compared with CK,the treatment with 100 mg / L GA3 could obviously enhance the seeds germination and seed growth. However,50 mg / L IBA and 10 mg / L 6-BA were ideal concentration for seeds to grow. Among them,100 mg / L GA3 could promote seeds germination and seeding growth of sugarcane seeds best. [Conclusion]GA3,IBA and 6-BA in a certain range of concentration could improve germination rate and germination vigor of sugarcane seeds.
