EFFECT OF PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS ON SEED GERMINATION OF IMPATIENS BALSAMENA

Abstract
This article analyzed the plant growth regulators such as IAA,IBA,GA3,NAA and 6-BA on the seed germination and seeding growth of Impatiens balsamen. The results showed that different concentration of IAA、IBA、NAA,GA 3 and 6-BA can shorten the time of impatiens seed germination,improve the seed germination rate、vital index and simplified vigor index. Compared with CK,the treatment with 25 mg / L IAA could obviously enhance the seeds germination and seeding growth. However,250 mg / L GA 3 、20 mg/L NAA、25 mg/L IBA and 15 mg / L 6-BA were ideal concentration for the seeds to grow. Among them,IAA of 25 mg / L could promote seeds germination and seeding growth of Impatiens balsamen best.
