Abstract

In order to further understand the relationship between immune function and exercise, the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and mononuclear phagocyte conducted by immune organs and SRBC in the experimental group and the control group of mice were observed. It was found that the immune organs of the experiment group did not change remarkably in weight after exercises of high intensity, but the immunocyte function decreased remarkably. Although the humoral immunity showed a decreasing tendency, its decrease was not so apparent as the immunocytes. It inhibited the function of the mononuclear phagocyte system. This kind of immunosuppression would probably lead to injuries Of the body.
