A Study on How to Transfer the Surplus Labor in the Rural Areas in Guizhou

It is of great importance to resolve the problems concerned with agriculture,farmers and the countryside in China,to promote the transformation of duality economic structure,to stimulate the economic growth and to realize industrialization and urbanization,if we can successfully transfer the surplus labor in the rural areas.Guizhou is rich in labor resource in the countryside.Yet the transferring of the surplus labor does not go ahead at a quick speed and on a large scale,because of the limitation of the regional economic development level,policies,and the quality of the laborers.Therefore,how to establish small towns,to stimulate regional economic development,to reform and create new policy-making system,and to upgrade the quality of the farmers will be beneficial to the transferring of surplus labor in the countryside continuously,steadily,and thoroughly.
