Clinical observation of Danhong injection in treating 50 patients with unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection in treating unstable angina pectoris.Methods Patients with unstable angina pectoris randomly selected were divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 50 cases each.The treatment group were treated with Danhong injection 20 mL joined in 250 mL glucose injection intravenous drip with once a day.The control group were treated with Ginkgo biloba injection 20 mL joined in 250 mL glucose injection intravenous drip with once a day.One period of treatment is 10 days.Results In angina symptoms and ECG efficacy,the total effective rate of Danhong injection in treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion Danhong injection has obvious curative effect and no obvious toxic and side effect,convenient and safe operation,curative effect.
