Observation on Danhong injection in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 86 cases of UAP patients were randomly divided into the Danhong injection treatment group and control group. On the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection for 2 weeks. The following indexes were observed before and after treatment: ①the frequency of angina pectoris attack; ②nitrate consumption; ③the electrocardiogram ST-T changesituation.Results With Danhong injection treatment, the treatment group the total clinical effective rate was 95.7%, 77.5% in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between them (P 0.05); there was no obvious drug adverse reaction.Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy.
