Clinical Observation of Dan Hong Injection it the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect Danhong injection in treating unstable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients were divided into control group of 34 cases and treatment group of and control group 36 cases.Control group was adopted conventional treatment and treatment group was treated with Danhong injection 30 mL plus normal saline 250 mL intravenous drip,once per day on the basis of conventional therapy treatment.A course of treatment is 14 d.It was observed before and after treatment that angina pectoris,ECG ST-T changes,blood lipid changes and adverse reactions.Results Compared with control group,it was significant improving in symptoms of angina pectoris(P 0.05),improving ischemic ECG(P 0.05),lowering lipid(P 0.05) in treatment groups.Conclusion Danhong injection might have evident effect and high security in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
