Abstract
Objective To study pharmacokinetics of dogs in vivo of captopril osmotic pump controlled release tablets.Method With Captopril common tablets as the reference, blood drug concentration was determined by HPLC.Results Main pharmacokinetic parameters are followed:t max of captopril osmotic pump controlled release tablets and reference tablets are 5.5 h and 1.5 h,t 1/2 are 6.73 h和 3.52 h,ρ max are 855.1 and 1 725.3 μg·L -1.Relative bioavailability is (119.20±23.20)%.Conclusion Plasma drug concentration of captopril osmotic pump controlled release tablets is balanced and effective plasma drug concentration is kept in longer time.
