A Theoretical Exploration of the Formation and Development way of West Economic Law and Chinese Economic Law

The emergence of economic law has broken the system of tradition law which consist two patterns and it adapts to the modern marketeconomy. Economic law is divided into west economic law and east economic law according to its development history .It’s a better way toprobe the differences between Chinese economic law and west economic law for rectifying transplant of west economic law without certain goal.Thearticle mainly analyses the performance of different ways of Chinese and western economic law and the reasons of their ways.
