Abstract

The research center of economic law in socialist market economy is not only a theoretical question, but a practical one with its great importance. There are some ideas about it, concerning pubic finance law, competition law, anti-trust and plan law and national investment and state-owed property administration law. Surveying the origin, modulating type, foreign experience and domestic situation of it, the research of economic law should focus on the macro-control law.
