Abstract

Economic globalization produces many influences on society,economy,culture and legal system of different countries.With the construction and perfection of Chinese market economic system,economic globalization will influence the development of Chinese economic law.It reflects on the economic,social and legal and culture foundation of Chinese economic law,which makes the development of Chinese economic law adapt to the tendency of economic globalization.
