Clinical observation of combination of hydrotalcite and cisapride for bile riflux gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined use of hydrotalcite and cisapride for bile reflux gastritis.Methods 150 cases of bile reflux gastritis were divided into two groups randomly.The study group,with 100 cases,treated with hydrotalcite and cisapride,and control group,with 50 cases,treated with sucraflateand cisapride,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.During the treatment,all the cases were re-examed with endoscope,and symptome changes such as abdomen pain,fullness,nausea,and bile vomitting were observed.Results The effect rates of treatment in two groups were 100% and 82% respectively,showing a significant difference(P=0.0001).Conclusion The union treatment with hydrotalcite and cisapride,which are effective drugs for treatment of bile reflux gastritis,can conjugate cholic acid in stomach,protect the gastric mucomembrane,strengthen gastric peristalsis,and relieve the symptoms of bile reflux gastritis effectively.
