Hydrotalcite combined with Itopride in the treatment of 43 cases with bile reflux gastritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hydrotalcite combined with Itopride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 86 cases with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 43 cases.The patients of two groups were treated with Domperidone.The control group was given extra Hydrotalcite.The treatment group was given Itopride based on the control group.The course of the two groups was both 4 weeks,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 88.37% in the treatment group and 69.76% in the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05).The symptom scores were significant different between the two groups(P 0.05).There were significant differences in the dieout time of stomachache and bilious vomiting between the two groups(P 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The treatment of Hydrotalcite combined with Itopride in bile reflux gastritis can effectively relieve abdominal pain,vomiting of bile and other clinical symptoms,promote the healing of stomach inflammation,is an effective way to treat bile reflux gastritis and worthy of clinical application.
