Intervention nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect influence of the intervention nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 97 patients with diabetic nephropathy were all treated with the intervention nursing.And compared the SCL-90 score and the quality of life score after intervention nursing. Results The SCL-90 score and each index of the quality of life score had different statistical significance between after and before intervention nursing. Conclusion The intervention nursing for the hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the quality of the patient's life.
