Abstract
Objective To preliminarily analyze the correlation between the serum levels of HA,LN,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-Col,and chronicity or clinical type in patients with viral hepatitis. Methods The serum levels of HA,PⅢNP,LN and Ⅳ-Col in 145 patients with hepatic disease were measured by radioimmunity method. The correlation between the serum levels of HA,LN,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-Col,and clinical type was compared and analyzed. Results The serum levels of HA,PCⅢ,LN,and Ⅳ-Col in patients with hepatic disease appeared a trend of increasing, which was the pattern: acute hepatitis mild chronic hepatitis moderate chronic hepatitis severe chronic hepatitis hepatic cirrhosis. Conclusions The serum levels of HA,PⅢNP,LN and Ⅳ-Col could reflect the severity of hepatic fibrosis and inflammation, and might be the sensitive and reliable index for diagnosing hepatic cirrhosis in the early stage.
