Abstract
Objective To probe into the relationship between levels of serum hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),collagen type Ⅳ(Ⅳ-C),precollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and various types of Chronic hepatitis B. Methods The levels of HA,LN,Ⅳ-C,PCⅢ in 208 chronic hepatitis B patients and 30 healthy persons were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PCⅢ in patients with light, moderate and severe hepatitis B were increased along with the development of the disease, and the four indicators in cirrhosis patients were higher than patients in the other groups. Conclusion The liver fibrosis is closely associated with severe hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis and combined detection of the four above-mentioned indicators is useful for diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients.
