Abstract
Objective To study the value of HA, LN, PⅢP and Ⅳ C in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis. Methods Serum HA, LN,PⅢP and Ⅳ C in patients with chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis were detected by RIA and compared with the control group. Results The difference of the serum level HA, LN, PⅢP and Ⅳ C in patients with severe hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis was significant compared with the control group(F=32.4-113.9,q=6.208-23.125,P0.01). Conclusion The serum level of HA, LN, PⅢP and Ⅳ C may be useful in judging the prognosis for chronic viral hepatitis.
