Abstract
The method which was fast, simple and sensitive with good accuracy was set up to determine the residue in the dynamics and the final residue of nitenpyram in apple and soil, and the safety was evaluated as well. The results showed the average recoveries of nitenpyram were 84.06%~91.77% in apple,82.27%~90.27% in soil with the variation coefficient of 2.65%~5.50% and 1.76%~6.23% respectively. When apple was sprayed with 450 g/hm2 of 10% nitenpyram aqueous solutions, the final residues of nitenpyram in apple and soil were all lower than 0.02mg/kg 21 d later. So it is safe to apply nitenpyram in apple with recommended dose.
