Abstract
Objective:To establish a quality standard for Kangbingdu Mixture. Methods:The Radix astragali and Radix isatidis were identified by TLC and AstragalosideⅣ was determined by spectrometric method. Results:Thin layer chromatography spots were clear, with high specificity, while the negative control showed no interference.AstragalosideⅣ showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.182 to 41.82 μg·mL-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9992.The average recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 99.7% and RSD=0.96%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of Kangbingdu Mixture.
