Abstract

Objective:To analyse the insertion/deletion polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene in DaHur.Method:The insertion/deletion polymorphism at intron 16 of ACE gene was typed in 84 Dahur by PCR.Result:In Dahur population the distributed of frequency of ACE I/D genotype was seperated ID60.7% DD 26.2% I I 17.3%.Conclusion:the genotype of DaHur were compare with the genotype of Hans which have been reported,showing a significant difference. [
