Mode of Non-scene Law Enforcement and Supervision Mode for Public Security Traffic Management

In order to deal with the contradiction between the inadequate police mission and the increasing number of vehicle, drivers, the traffic management department rely on more and more electronic police. But there are more and more unlawful illegal phenomenon. This paper introduces the mode of non-scene law enforcement and supervision, to seamlessly connect with the integrated application platform for public security traffic management. On one hand, the mode can help to strengthen the examine and verify; on the other hand, it can help to find out the suspected driver who take the place of the real driver to accept the penalty.
