Effect of early nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods Chose 90 stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 in our study, they were divided into intervention group with 45 cases and control group with 45 cases randomly . Patients in the control group were given conventional care. While Patients in the intervention group were given psychological care ,feeding care and throat function train care based on the conventional care,compare the effectiveness of two groups of patients. Results Among the treatment, observation group effective in 42 cases,effectiveness reached 93.3%,control group effective in 28 cases,effectiveness reached 62.2%, the difference was statistically significant( P0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia have postiive effection,and can improve patients’quality of life.
