Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 98 stroke patients with dysphagia were chosen in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of nursing care,49 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The therapeutic effects, psychological conditions and complications incidence of two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the effect of observation group was better than that of control group, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HAMD) score lower, and the incidence of infection, aspiration lower. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia can significantly improve stroke swallowing function, reduce patients' anxiety and depression, and reduce complications incidence. It is worth using in nursing application.
