Tianma Injection in the Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Randomized Parallel Group Study

Abstract

[Objective] Tianma Injection vertebrobasilar insufficiency treatment efficacy.[ Methods]Random parallel control method,106 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group 53 cases Danhong injection 20 mL + saline 250 mL,1 times / d,intravenous infusion. Treated 53 cases of Tianma Injection 0.6g + saline 250 mL,1 times / d,intravenous infusion. 14 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 31 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 92.45%. The control group 24 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 71.70%. Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[ Conclusion]Tianma Injection treatment of vertebral basilar insufficiency effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
