Comparative Stylistic Study of the Biographies of Li Zhi

The present research investigates Li Zhi through the historical facts and the subjective description in other biographies.Biographic theories can be employed to interpret objectively Li Zhi's different characters in biographies written by himself or by someone else,and the official and non-official documents.Therefore,readers are able to understand Li Zhi,a heretic of his time,from holistic description of his contemporary rather than that of the modern time.
