Abstract
Taking the stems with buds as explants,the technologies of tissue culture and rapid propagation were studied on the Hosta undulate.The results indicated that induction medium with MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA and subculture medium with MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA were the optimum medium.The medium with 1/2MS+0.05 mg/L NAA+20 g/L sugar was better for rooting.Plantlets transplanted on media had survival rate of 96.5%.
