Application of EPC Management Mode in Construction Project Management

Construction projects not only involve project management theories and models,but also involve the contractual relationship of responsibilities,rights,and benefits between employers and contractors and other participants.So the selection of the construction project management model will affect the harmonious extent of the contractual relationship among market participants.The management mechanisms and the management institutions establishment of market participants determine the selection of the management model.Group has been at a higher level in the construction project management and relevant departments have made outstanding contribution to the construction and development of the company.However,with the increasing growth of investment scale and professionalism,the existing management mechanisms and institutions show inappropriate signs.In order to deal with the problems encountered in construction project management,and in combination with EPC Project management model,this paper discussed the correct positioning of the relevant departments in the construction project management,and proposed the recommendation to solve the problems.
