The design and management in the EPC project

Design management is the basic link of the overseas EPC project management, connect with the procurement and the construction, and mutually influence each other. With the increasing difficulty of managing overseas projects, the general contractor should be more emphasis on design management. There are still many problems of the design management in the EPC project. We need to improve the design and management system constantly, to effectively control the design management risk.
