Strengthening the Role of Construction Management in the EPC Project

Abstract

In view of the problems existing in the construction of the EPC project with the engineering design as the main part in our country, it analyzes the difference of construction management between the domestic project contractors and the international engineering companies in terms of organization and main responsibility, and it introduces the new features of the international petrochemical EPC market. After entering WTO, the international regulation shall be adopted in our country and the problems incurred shall be solved.
