Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the integration of propofol, fentany and ephedrine on artificial abortion.Method Patients scheduled for artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in experimental group received treatment of integration of propofol, fentany and ephedrine;for the 100 patients in control group,it was propofol combined with fentany. The operation and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results In the dimensions of the onset time of anesthesia, time of wakening, depth of uterine cavity, blood loss in operation and incidence rate of no pain during operation, the differences of two groups were not statistically significant(P0.05);the incidence rates of falls of blood pressure and pulse oxygen saturation of experimental group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The integration of propofol, fentany and ephedrine is helpful for patients to maintain more stable vital signs during the operation and the side effect is obviously decreased.
