Clinical Study of Brachiplex Nerve Block In Treating the Patients with the Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective To approach and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the brachiplex nerve block in treating the patients with the periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 109 periarthritis of shoulder patients were randomly assigned into two groups.GroupⅠ(n=57):After had catched the different feel on the 57 patients through the interscalene approach pricking,they were injected with the mixed physic liquor that it was consisted of 2% Lidocaine 15ml,VitB1 100mg,VitB6100mg,VitB12 1mg and Triamcinolone Acetonide15mg weekly,four times is called one course of treatment.It was reqired to have been treated for two course of treatment;GroupⅡ(n=52):52 patients taked Brufen,2～3 pellets,bid,taked VitB1 and VitB6 2 pellets,bid respectively.Articulatio capitis humeri functional exercise,qd.A month was called one course of treatment,for two months continuously.Results (1)In the groupⅠ:cure 49 cases (86.0%),improving 8cases(14.0%);In the groupⅡ:cure 24 cases (46.2%),improving 15 cases(28.8%);(2)Comparing of the total cure rate of the group Ⅰwith that of the groupⅡshowed that there was a good statistically significant difference (P0.0 1).Conclusion The efficacy of the brachiplex nerve block in treating the patients with the periarthritis of shoulder is a good method of treatment.
